*Equipment is repaired to as new conditions and are placed at each winder for quick access when needed.

*Visitation by a qualified slitting specialist at each visit to pick up and return parts at no extra costs.
- Slitting discussions with operators can occur during each visit helping troubleshoot operating problems or for training in set up, etc.
- Slitting technicians are very familiar with the equipment and setup.
- Slitting technicians conduct yearly inspections and audits of each winder so they are intimately familiar with the operation of the equipment.
- Slitting technicians service many mills, grades, speeds, and troubleshoot many problems so they are ideal individuals to work with your crews to improve operations, minimize rejects, and increase safety by observing procedures used by your employees.

*Each winder or machine is isolated to monitor activity:
- Blade usage and repair activities are monitored by machine.
- Usage information and repair reports are completed for each machine and each visit to identify any problems which may be causing higher blade usage or wear and/or damage to equipment.
- Reports are filed weekly and annually to monitor and report activities and act on concerns which may be identified.

* Inventory of spare parts for equipment repair is eliminated saving costs:
- We maintain spare replacement parts for all slitting equipment to assure quick repairs and guarantee performance to original specifications.
- Billable parts can be from the original manufacturer or can be manufactured by us to reduce costs and maintain quality. We supply the same parts to many end users and can thus realize savings through the quantities of scale.

*As the source of all aspects of the slitting process, we provide many services included in our fixed monthly fees. 
Such as:
- 24/7 coverage for any problems that may occur to keep you running.
- Maintaining the equipment in use to as new standards.
- Supply of blades and bands reconditioned to optimum specifications.
