2.     Monthly Fixed Cost for blade sharpening only - based on a yearly usage average.

3.     Full Maintenance includes blade reconditioning and the maintenance of all slitting equipment with the replacement of incidental parts (under $20.00) included.

4.     Full Service including unlimited reconditioning, maintenance of all slitting equipment, winder service and inspection, slitter training, reports on all activity, inventory management which includes the replacement of blades when they become obsolete due to size.


Blade reconditioning includes the removal of all wear and the return to "as new" condition. All top and bottom slitters are superfinished with gaurantee of roundness, flatness, and superior edge quality. All blades are numbered and recorded each time it is reconditioned. Each blade is inspected and reported on the condition of the blade at the time of removal for reconditioning. Edge protection is included for sharp blades.

Program Equipment Maintenance is charged at a fixed rate per unit. A report is completed on all parts replaced and time involved. The problem of the unit in question is explained. All incidental parts (under $20.00) are replaced as part of the repair. Such parts include bearings, o-rings, snap rings, screws, bolts, nuts, washers, springs, etc. Testing of all units prior to return to verify "as new" conditions are conducted.

1.     Blade reconditioning to "as new" quality on cost per item basis. Shipping boxes designed and manufactured at customer cost. Gauranteed 2 day turnaround in our facility.

2.     Fixed monthly cost for contract customers to spread 12 equal payments over a year for a 12 month delivery rate on reconditioning blades and fixes.

            or

3.     Full Maintenance to repair and recondition any slitter unit on a cost per item basis for time and materials. Guaranteed performance to "as new" specifications. 

            or 

4.    Full Service including all reconditioning, unit repairs, winder service, slitter training, new blade replacement, reports, edge quality, edge protection, and containers for shipping.
